Dance at SHAIS is a joyful medium of expression that nurtures creativity, confidence, and cultural appreciation among students. The school provides students with opportunities to explore various dance forms through performances, competitions, and cultural events. Dance activities help students improve coordination, rhythm, teamwork, and stage confidence while making learning energetic, engaging, and enjoyable.

Skating is one of the exciting sports activities offered at SHAIS to enhance students’ balance, flexibility, and coordination skills. Through regular practice and guided training, students develop confidence, focus, and physical endurance while enjoying the thrill of the sport. Skating sessions encourage students to challenge themselves, stay active, and build determination in a safe and encouraging environment.

Football at SHAIS promotes teamwork, discipline, fitness, and sportsmanship among students. The school encourages students to actively participate in football activities that help improve physical strength, coordination, leadership qualities, and strategic thinking. Regular practice sessions and sports activities provide students with opportunities to build confidence, develop team spirit, and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Music is an integral part of holistic development at SHAIS. Our well-equipped Music Room provides students with a creative space to explore their musical talents and develop confidence through rhythm, melody, and expression. Students are encouraged to participate in vocal and instrumental activities that nurture creativity, concentration, and teamwork. Guided by skilled instructors, music education at SHAIS helps students appreciate culture, enhance emotional well-being, and discover their artistic potential.

Play is important for all students in developing their cognitive development .The  BMC allotted ground attached to the school premises is open for students of SHAIS who can avail the benefits of it .Formal functions like the school’s Sports day celebration is held on the ground along with everyday PE class.

The medical room of SHAIS is well equipped with beds and other medical facilities .During emergencies the nurse attends students need and provides mental and physical relief. All necessary tools and medicines are stocked and changed accordingly.

Science labs helps the students to enhance their learning by complementing the theoretical aspects of science that are taught in class. SHAIS has separate Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs well equipped with desired equipments and resources. Each class has specified laboratory class to experiment what they learn.
